The Multiuniversal Culture Era - a New planetery Total-Development System is essential, transcended of it's leading-sciences, with a multi*universal increased wisdom content, harmonization and integration capacity as which had existed and applied and exist and applies also for now on our planet.
This is needed for the Mankind, - as the most conscously being of the our planet - to be able to choose and plan it's own present forward-development forms and ways, and secure the future of Tellus, the tellusian culture and civilisation in an endless perspective, in a total-universal-evolutionistic perpective.
For this doesn´t matter any longer to the present - a few hundred ages - traditionaly scientifical, the new technological or the a
few tousen ages of cultural-, spiritual visdom and other traditionaly scientifical developing theories, methods and/or systems.
We need - Here and Now - those New Created leading-wisdom sciences - New World Universal
Siences - harmonised after the present planetary development level, with a totaluniversaly wide true-field content, and therewithin can all kinds of planetary
traditionaly development systems find their own home and further development possibilities too, without leaving their wel working systems - meaning a planetary-
multiuniversal leading-wisdom science-based development system where all manifested or
unmanifested, existed, existing or will be existed can be integrated - in a multiuniversally-common and United Totaluniversological leading Total-Development System.
For the above mentioned aims
were C.T.D_T_WUTC established.

The World Universal Center Of Total Development, C.T.D & The
Tellusian World University Center
Of Total Culture, W.U.T.C is an independent - new alternative -
of a cultural-, educational and scientific development center - a Total-Development System with new World-Sciences - with its activities fucused on the evolution and perfection of Man, for pluricultural, international and global-, universal benefit, aimed at the total-evolutionistic progress
of the Mankind and to the total-earthly culture and civilisation.

C.T.D_T_WUTC has been established
to work as a Uniting of the Worlds total cultural-, educational and scientifical developing forces and also to stimulate
new initiatives within these areas for the totaluniversal harmonization, integration, new creation and evolutional progressing
of the earths's culture and civilisation.

The mother institution of the C.T.D_T_WUTCwas founded in 1995 in Sweden, (org.nr. 845002-7274), under the name "Internationella Institutet för Tillämpad Total - Etno - Kultur,
I.T'E.K /International Institute for applied Total Ethno Culture & Akademia ITEK'2001'/ Internationell Akademi för TotalEtno Kulturologi, TEKIA" / International Academy for
Total*Ethmo Culturology, which, in collaboration with its department in Transylvania, Romania, "Fundatia EthnoCultura" & Akademia EthnoKultura/ITEK Transylvania,(founded 1994/95), have - between 1994-2001 - built up The World University of Total * Ethno * Cultural * Sciences, W.U.T.E.C.S, within C.T.D_T_WUTC - in

C.T.D_T_WUTC, including it's all instutes / departaments has been created and founded of initiative and by leading of Adalbert B. Fodor, (PhD in TCSc.), under 1994/95-2003/05 - in consultation and in collaboration with other
specialists and institutes.

C.T.D_T_WUTC is administrated together with its Institute-departaments, and is represented by a leading- and management board, with its main seat in Lund, Sweden.

The C.T.D - World University Center...
is open for Everyone! - It is open regardless of previous studies, work, lifestyle or age, of cultural, social, ethnical, poltical, religious, philosophical

or other scientific approach
or experiences.

You can study and get consultations on all levels and You can be member and/ or collaborator of the World-University if you agree with the regulations of the WUTCand pay the admission, the studentor membership
fees. In the same way all institutes, organisations or companies who wishes to contribute, by means of concrete action, to the realization of the aims of the WorldUniversity, can become collaborators, associates or members in WUTC and it's institutes; I.T'EK-, TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S. and /or other connected institutes.
But ! - both You, and your familiy or your institute, association, organisation or company can enjoy the
World University without doing anything too - only by being integrated in the New Total Development
System of the World University...

C.T.D - W.U.T.C is a completely NEW – unconventional - cultural-, educational and scientifical development center, but in it’s totaldevelopment system all the current terditional and conventional systems can find their place and be integrated too.

All C.T.D & World University students, members and /or collaborators have to pay a "Membership" fee (witch includes the admission fees too).

All World University students or other members will pay separate tuitions/fees for all services they may demand, which they may need for their own development, such as: periodicaly evaluating of studies, knowlege and other results; consultations, advice, courses, seminars, etc. - but they can get advantageous study- and development packets too(!).

The Board of the World University can propose and distribute the distinction 'Honoris Causa' to a member for a special achievements, merits, results, contributions etc. Such members do not need to pay the membership fees.

One can break off his/her membership by notifying the WorldUniversity regarding this decision.

The board of the C.T.D_T_WUTC
aim at that all relations between
the representantives of the World University Center... and the students, members and collaborators linked toit will be characterized byharmony, mutual respect and undestanding in all aspects.
This does not exclude the
manifestations of various ideas, creative concepts oropinions etc.
The WorldUnivesity accepts all kind
of creative suggestions, but can suspend all relations with students, members and collaborators who, in
any way violate it's regulations.

Obs. All compling forms to the World University Center will increase and strengthen - on a natural way - Your universal-human consciousness field, Your creativity level, Your harmonisation and integration capacity and m. more.

C.T.D_T_WUTC accepts and manages all kinds of economic support, contributions, donations,
etc., whitch corelate with it's goals.
